Summary: 1. Rooms are dirty and aged 2. Receptionist are not friendly and looks like they are not happy to work there. 3. Limited choices in the breakfast settings. Dining tables and chairs in the restaurant on level 2 are like canteens in factories 4. Power switches in the room falling apart. 5. Its stated that it's a 4 star hotel. But it's infact a 1 star. Badly run down premise. 6. No security measures. Any one can just get into the rooms from lifts or stairs. Its ashame that this hotel has been left unattended. Should need a fully renovation.
