Property owners and guests will enjoy a private pool in the fenced in backyard which comes with the addition of a ground level restroom. Property owners and guests also have access to an oceanfront clubhouse with a private beach access, oceanfront pool, and private bathrooms. The beach is a short 2-minute walk away, whether you choose to utilize the private clubhouse, or the public beach access at the end of Shelby Street. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the balconies and widow's peak. Mint Condition is only an 8-minute walk to the attractions, bars and restaurants!
PROPERTY DETAILS
This beautifully designed property comes fully stocked with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation. Amenities begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 6 cars. There is a private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), a private bathroom that is accessible from the pool on the ground floor, corn hole boards, a tiki bar and an outdoor shower! Smart TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living area. The second floor has a fully stocked kitchen, a large deck and an open living area to enjoy time with family and friends! The garage has a 2nd full size fridge and freezer for easy access. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grill. All Stellar Beach rentals include bed and bath linens for all stays.
Additionally, this home comes with (14) beach chairs for you and your party to utilize at your leisure. This home has a keyless entry and an elevator to make the check-in process seamless!
One four-seater street legal golf cart will be included for all stays checking in on May 18th and checking out on September 9th. Get your ride on!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Pets are not permitted at this property.
Pre-approval is required for parties under age 30.
Pool heating is an additional $100 per night with a 3-night minimum. If you would like pool heating, please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not permitted for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.
Smoking is not permitted at any Stellar Beach Property inside or outside. if caught smoking on the premises you will incur a fee.
This property has security cameras located at front entrance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.
