The neighborhood is a diverse community experiencing revitalization. Walking around the neighborhood, you’ll see new. modern homes being built next to historic homes that were built over 100 years ago; like our 111 year old home.
Among the neighborhood's eccentricities are a couple of roosters. We do provide ear plugs in case crowing is not part of your morning routine. You are within walking distance to the Alamode, the Riverwalk and the Alamo. In fact you can look out the front windows and see the Tower of Americas. Denver Heights is a short driving distance to the Pearl District, the Alamo Quarry Market and the Airport
We recommend having a car to explore San Antonio. Our home allows up to 4 parking spaces for guests as well as street parking.
