The closest large parking lot is the MacMillian Pier Parking lot, located in the center of town by Lopes Square. Open 24 hours a day from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, 323 parking spaces, $4 per hour, $40 maximum per 24 hours.
If you're lucky, you'll grab a spot in the Johnson St. lot right behind Pepe's Wharf. Only a handful of spots are there and they are often full during high season, but worth a peek since you'll need to drive past it anyway if you're headed to the MacMillian Pier Parking lot.
Another option for overnight parking is Provincetown Public Parking, located a short 5-minute walk at 134 Bradford St. opposite Provincetown Brewing Co.

Summary: We stayed a week and found it amazing. The house was just enough for two people. We were impressed with how the owners maximized the space. You could tell a lot of thought was given to the design, layout, safety features, and amenities provided. Waking up and having coffee on the deck with a spectacular view, the beach at our doorstep, was a little bit of heaven on earth. Being located in the heart of P-town allowed us to easily access shops, restaurants, art galleries, and shows. The interactive guide provided as we were planning was tremendously helpful. Thank you! We loved being in such a walkable town. Although this was our first visit, it will not be our last.
