Located in the middle of the port of Portocolom, one of the most beautiful villages on the east coast of Majorca, this cosy holiday apartment. The combination of modern furnishings and a wide view of the blue sea promises an unforgettable holiday.
Layout:
The bright apartment in Portocolom is located on the second floor and offers enough space for four travellers. There are a total of two bedrooms, equipped with double beds (150 cm x 190 cm) and with walk-in wardrobes, one has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Next to it is another bright, modern bathroom with bathtub and shower. The heart of the apartment is a very spacious and light-flooded living and dining area. A large window front leading to the terrace offers a panoramic view of the small, pretty port of Portocolom. The living room is equipped with a sofa, armchairs and a TV. The open-plan kitchen adjoins the living room, which impresses with clear lines and modern equipment. The apartment is located in a new building and has air conditioning. Electric blinds darken the apartment, so you can sleep in during your holiday.
Outdoor area:
From the living area you access the furnished balcony. Here you can spend pleasant hours in the fresh air and let your gaze wander over the harbour and the sea. In the harbour, the small fishing boats moor every evening and bring the catch of the day.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. On the day of arrival, luggage can be stored from 12 pm on request. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge will be charged for bookings below the minimum stay.
Additional costs:

Cleaning:
Includes final cleaning, intermediate cleaning on request (€12/hour, minimum 2 hours). Towel/linen change included every 7th day for stays of 14 days or more, the laundry is provided for self-changing. Additional changes are possible under the following conditions: Towels €4 for a towel set (one large and one small towel) and bed linen €10 double bed/€6 single bed. The service must be paid in cash on site.
