If you want to enjoy the warm weather fully, there's plenty of private outdoor space, including a private balcony off an upstairs bedroom. The back patio is also set up for open-air living with a pergola perfectly matched to the seating area below, designed to facilitate conversations with loved ones. Indulge in some barbecue by hosting a cookout using the private gas grill, and when it's time to eat, there's a picnic table at the ready.
