C´an Neri is a gorgeous, recently renovated townhouse in the historic centre of Pollensa old town
Conveniently located just minutes from the famous Calvario steps and Plaça Seglars with its lovely candlelit restaurants, it is also just 5 minutes´walk from the main square, full of restaurants and bars - a great place to unwind and watch the world go by.
The owners, a creative couple from Barcelona, have furnished the house to a very high standard, full of character. It has been given a full make-over, including new air conditioning and luxurious lighting throughout. Guests will love the stylish touches
Outside there is a large, outdoor dining terrace, patio and a raised pool which is just perfect for cooling off on warm, sunny days
On the ground floor there is an open-plan living room with a Smart TV and a wood burning stove for the winter months, a dining room and a charming, fully equipped kitchen.
