With a perfect location close to popular bars and restaurants, and a calm and safe neighborhood you will be able to kick back, relax and enjoy all aspects of serene beach life living! Relax in the updated back yard with awning and firepit. (Please note: all our properties are pet-friendly, but we charge a $100 pet fee, per pet)
The Space: Unwind in this beautiful newly renovated Satellite Beach property. Enjoy this completely modern, freshly furnished space with new tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has been newly updated with granite counter tops, all stainless steel new appliances, and is fully stocked with all essentials. Smart TV’s in both bedrooms, and in Living area as well. Master Bedroom: Queen sized bed, large walk-in closet, dresser drawers, Guest Room: Two twin beds, full sized closet and is directly across the fall from a full sized bathroom. You will be able to kick back relax and stream your favorite shows with the help of an ultra-high speed Wi-Fi network (400 Gbps). Enjoy a nice family dinner after a day at the beach in the formal dining area, it seats up to six! There is a large fenced-in backyard that is perfect for all of your pet needs. We also have a washer and dryer in the garage available for anyone that needs to wash clothes during their stay.

While there is a garage in the property it is NOT useable by guests since it is currently used for storage. For long term guests we may be able to provide permission to use the garage, BUT has to be pre-approved by the host.
