Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The owners personally greeted us and gave us a welcome gift of sparkling juice and fresh grapes. The house was clean. The kitchen was equipped with good cookware but no dishwasher. The host told us about the cameras inside the house and that it was turned off. There is a grocery store is within walking distance but for everything else you need a car. The view from Balcony is great.

Negative: The biggest issue with this property is that the owner ONLY takes CASH!!! it was not communicated to us upfront about this. The payment options list all different credit cards but as soon as we checked in the owner asks for payment in cash. We did not have that large amount with us. We agreed to do Paypal but 6% of Paypal fees had to be paid to him in cash which we were also not aware. There is NO A/C in this house. It got really HOT during the night and the floor fans do not help. We couldn't open the windows due to mosquitos. The house is a bit far from the city center and you need a car, can't walk due to small/ narrow roads and way too many street dogs.
