Positive: Property itself was a great size and a great location within the development (great view of the sea/pool and end of terrace so nice feeling of space. The complex seemed to be a mix of owner occupied and holiday. We liked the area (restaurant Maryvilla was great for a coffee and croissant in the morning and food/drink the rest of the day). Other restaurants nearby. Easy drive into Calp itself.
Negative: Not much information in the property. Some of the furnishings were tired (couch, beds, curtains and some door handles). V limited basics (washing up liquid, hand soap, toilet paper). We got trapped on the terrace for 8 hours (until the kids woke up) as there is no outside handles and if shut there’s no way of opening sliding doors. No warning. Unfortunately there was an incredibly noisy party in nearby property on our last evening that really spoilt our last night’s sleep.
Summary: Great views, great size careful of the sliding doors!
