Positive: We the proximity to the beach. It was the first house behind the beachfront homes. Access to the beach was very easy. The home was decorated beautifully! The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and listening to the ocean. We also appreciated the outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand. We also loved how close it was to the Cape Trading Post! It was only 2 driveways over from it.
Negative: It needed a few minor repairs. On the top floor ceiling, there was a bit of old water damage that needed to be repaired. The downstairs bathroom had a small amount of mold on the blinds and inside of the shower handle. We also thought that the pillows were a bit thin and uncomfortable. It would be nice to have some basic spices in the kitchen.
Summary: Beautiful house! Great location! Walking distance to the beach and 1 minute drive from the Cape Trading Post.
