This tastefully renovated character building with independent access comprises two gรฎtes separated by a barn, arranged on the ground floor and first floor.
On the ground floor: kitchen opening onto a covered terrace, not overlooked, living room with fireplace. A basket of wood is provided for Christmas and New Year's Day.
1 bedroom with old terracotta tiles, 1 double bed. Shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with parquet flooring, 1 double bed in the first bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. Bathroom and separate toilet.
500 mยฒ enclosed courtyard and 800 mยฒ unfenced garden with a swing set shared by both gรฎtes. Beautiful private terrace, not overlooked. Parking. Covered shelter. Shared dryer. Baby cot, changing mat, bathtub, and high chair. The two cottages (21G701 and 21G702) can be rented together for 18 people.
