Summary: It was a little confusing getting touch with the property managers—I was unsure if we had to email or message through the vrbo app. I was told to message through the app and then saw I'm actually supposed to email, but only found the email through one of the forms I had to fill out.A few things were broken when we arrived, which was a little disappointing, but overall we enjoyed the Vrbo a lot and would definitely stay there agajn. Communication needs to be clearer, but other than that, amazing!
