The first floor boasts an open layout encompassing a spacious living area, dining space, and a fully-equipped kitchen, all exuding a delightful coastal ambiance that will instantly make you feel at home. The living room comes complete with a Smart TV offering a variety of streaming options to entertain the whole family. Step out onto the private balcony from the living room and soak in the breathtaking Gulf views. The dining area comfortably seats six, with additional seating for four at the bar. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to whip up delicious homemade meals for your family or friends. Additionally, on the first floor, you'll discover a full bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination.
As you ascend to the second floor, you'll find two charming bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom, while the guest bedroom offers two queen-size beds and a twin bunk, also with its own en suite bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, and you can stay connected with high-speed internet access throughout the cottage.

All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.
PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes Eco-Friendly approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

This residence is situated within the charming Cottages at Dunes Park community, conveniently positioned just across the street from the beach. Nestled in the East Beach area, this property is a mere stone's throw away from the vibrant heart of Gulf Shores, granting you easy access to all the exciting amenities it has to offer.
Within the community, there's a delightful pool for you and your family to enjoy. When it comes to parking, you'll find ample space available in the carport beneath the house, accommodating 2 to 3 vehicles comfortably. For your convenience, trash bins are thoughtfully provided and can be found underneath the house within the carport area.
MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February.
RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Guest-friendly cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your beach vacation with Gold Star. If you need to cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date (60 days for long-term monthly rentals), we refund you 100% of the rent paid. The only fees not refunded to you are the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance and the booking fee. We recommend that each guest purchase Travel Insurance in the event of sickness or other qualifying trip cancellation.
