PRIVATE DECK: The kitchen door opens to the private deck that looks out over the surrounding meadow and woodlands and is very sunny in the mornings. The deck has chairs and a small table for eating outdoors. The exterior stairs to the suite lead to the parking area.
OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor space is rustic. The house is on a dirt road (lovely for walking) and is nestled between four (4) other properties abutting hundreds of acres of privately owned forest. Guests will share the driveway with the owners of the property who live in a separate part of the home downstairs.
Outdoor areas for guest use are limited to the driveway, exterior staircase and second story deck. The remaining outdoor land is unauthorized and not part of the short-term rental.
