The Space:
This property has a modern yet millennial flair. Great for entertaining mid-sized groups in intimate settings, the Backyard area has rock speakers that are connected to the main Sonos system. You'll get great sun exposure from the backyard with plenty of high-quality outdoor furniture. The dining room seats 8 and the bar area has plenty of barware.
The easy to use gas firepit sits under bistro lights for an amazing ambiance. Coffee bar equipped with a Keurig, coffee pot, and coffee grinder.

There are tons of restaurants and shopping at Biltmore Fashion Square which is a short walk away (.5 miles). Also, walking distance is several bars, a state-of-the-art Lifetime Fitness built with a rooftop pool and bar area. There's a movie theater and several hotel bars, all within walking distance as well as the famous Arizona Biltmore Hotel which is only a short 4 min Uber away. Many guests love the proximity to Oldtown Scottsdale, which is known for its vibrant nightlife and upscale restaurants. We're also only 11 minutes away from the airport.
