The Meadow Lounge offers a stunning retreat in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation, this spacious spa house features two fully equipped living areas, a large kitchen, and two dining tables that seat 12, as well as dining space in the sunroom and outdoor patio. With 7 beds and 8 sleeping spaces, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a good night's rest.

This main floor living area features breathtaking mountain views from the sunroom, a hot tub, pool, patio, and fire pit. Perfect for enjoying the great outdoors with family and friends, this space also includes a dining area in the sunroom.
★ LIVING AREA 2 - MIDCENTURY MODERN LOUNGE ★
This eclectic midcentury modern lounge is inspired by some of our favorite cocktail bars and is the perfect space to unwind and enjoy a night in. With a stylish sleeper sofa and 3 bunk beds, this room is perfect for groups of friends or families with kids. The lounge also includes a full quartz counter, sink, and refrigerator, making it an excellent space to store and mix drinks.

The fully equipped kitchen features quartz counters and a sink, providing you with everything you need to cook and enjoy delicious meals during your stay. With two dining tables that seat 12 and dining space in the sunroom and outdoor patio, there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a meal together.
★ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ★
With 7 beds and 8 sleeping spaces, this spa house offers a comfortable and stylish sleeping experience for everyone. Whether you are looking for a king-sized bed, bunk beds, or a stylish sleeper sofa, this house has it all. Relax and rejuvenate in the beautiful mountain setting, and enjoy a peaceful night's rest.
House Rules:
This is a family friendly neighborhood for all ages. We are pretty relaxed and tolerant, but some rules and courtesies must be followed to ensure our vacation rental does not have a negative impact on the community's space.
-The pool is uncovered but it is OFFLINE for the remainder of winter (until 3/20/23 and guest use is prohibited until we get a diver to re-fasten the main drain cover. The risk here is that if a body part gets sucked into the main drain you will drown. We will have off limits info-graphics and safety notifications/information posted on site to restrict use until this issue is fixed. Please reach out with any and all questions and do not use pool.
-No guests under the age of 21 may reserve the property without notifying us first.
-Quiet time starts at 10pm, this just means keep your voices low, no outdoor music etc.
-There is no strict quiet time inside as the home is very well insulated, but please continue to use discretion and common courtesy.
-Please read the guidebook and refer to the instruction manuals for all amenities you are not fully trained on operating.
-No Third-party bookings.
-Locals must communicate before booking, this is purely to prevent parties we are very welcome to locals.
-No parties.
-No overnight visitors not listed on your reservation.
-Infants, babies, toddlers and children are more than welcome but each one must be specified on your reservation, and there are no special amenities/safety accomodations.
-There can not be more than 16 people in or on the property at any one point in time.
-Be respectful of the neighborhood and keep your sound footprint low
-You agree to know and agree to following fees:
a) smoking, vaping, cannabis: 500$ for each day you are inside or outside the apartment smoking, vaping, or smoking cannabis.
b) late checkout: 200$ if your checkout is unauthorized to be late
c) unauthorized pets: 300$ for each day you have an unauthorized pet
-You ensure you have a crime free record and wont carry any weapons to the property
-A violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund
-You agree to be booking in good will and you will not attempt to damage the property or the host's reputation because you are dissatisfied with a ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that a violation of the host's rules occur
-If subsequent guests, with reservations booked on AirBNB or other platforms, are unable to use the property or access their reserved room(s) due to any action by you not limited to accessibility issues, damaged furniture, smoking, lead times for replacement items, damage to the property or violation of house rules, you are financially responsible for the lost revenue, discounts, or compensation afforded to them by us for the inconvenience
