This includes the resort style pool, full beverage and food service, fitness with sauna/steam, pickleball/tennis/bocce courts and nighty events at the tiki bar. Golf is also right outside your door with multiple daily fee courses.
Our home lives like a model home and is fully stocked with everything you can imagine from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the brand new grill. Appliances are 2 years old. Enjoy sitting on the lanai watching golfers come down the 9th fairway along with the stunning sunsets.
The home location is quiet while the Players Club is full of energy.....best of both worlds. There are 2 tvs to keep up with the real world while enjoying this tranquil paradise. Down the street is another neighborhood pool with small clubhouse for Ascot owners/renters only. Park your car in the garage. 15 minute drive to both the beach and 5th avenue.
