Incredible quiet residential neighborhood. Beautiful walk to Sunset Cliffs Natural Park. Home is located in the Sunset Cliffs neighborhood just south of Ocean Beach and part of the Point Loma Peninsula. Short drive to Sea World, the SD Airport and downtown San Diego and SD Bay. Fantastic surfing and boating community.

Parking in this residential neighborhood is easy as the density is light. You'll need a car if sightseeing as most of San Diego sights are pretty spread out and public transportation via bus or trolley is not good by the beaches. We do have reliable ride share programs like Lyft and Uber. It's about a 15 minute walk to Newport Ave and the Ocean Beach restaurants and shops.

We do not allow cats. We do not allow dogs without prior approval and payment of a pet fee so please message me before booking. We require extra cleaning therefore the pet fee is needed.

There are 2 trash bins in the kitchen. one is for regular trash and the other is for paper and plastic recycling.
Please close doors and windows if running the AC or heat.
The Farmers Market on Newport Ave in Ocean Beach is held Wednesdays, late afternoon in to the evening. Point Loma High School back parking lot has a market Saturday mornings.
Please wash towels on heavy duty hot cycle when departing. Bring trash down to garbage cans. Separate cans available for regular trash and recycle. Please empty your leftovers from fridge. You are welcome to leave unused fruit, veggies or unopened items for maids.
