5 Bedroom House in Deep Gap
Bring the whole family to our newly constructed mountain home with loads of room for fun and activities! Located 20 minutes outside of Boone, this 5-bedroom home is over 5000 square foot and features loads of new amenities, including outdoor hot tub, pool and ping pong tables, arcades, and a fully equipped kitchen. Our home features high speed WiFi, TV streaming, flat parking and is perfect for families looking for a secluded mountain getaway within a short driving distance to local attractions.
Crider Creek Manor boasts living spaces on 4 different levels, making this home the perfect mountain getaway for family and friends to gather. All of the bedrooms are very spacious and sleeping areas are available on each level of the house. There are rocking chairs located on the front porch for enjoying a glass of your favorite beverage while taking in the cool mountain air. The game room, situated on the main level at the back of the home, feels like being in a tree house with all the windows and mature trees surrounding the home.
Guests are permitted to access all areas of the home, excluding the owner closets. The garage is also available for guest use, although parking in the garage is not permitted.
Crider Creek Manor is nestled in a small private neighborhood with beautiful natural landscaping. The main road through the neighborhood is gravel and the house is located only about 1/4 mile from main intersecting road. The neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors and guests can often be seen going on daily walks. There is ample room for parking in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles and guests will find that they can park their vehicles very close to the front door with almost stairless entry into the house (3 steps required to ascend before reaching the front door), making it very easy to bring in their luggage and groceries.
Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book and will be asked to provide a valid photo ID and sign our rental agreement upon booking.
