Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It’s very close to Bermondsey underground. There are many places to eat and a supermarket very close. It was very warm inside.

Negative: It was difficult to get the access instructions - I was told details had been sent, but these were only received after repeated requests, just before I arrived. Also, there was no plug for the bath. The hot water was excellent, but the cold water didn’t flow sometimes. I could not get the largest of the gas burners on the cooker to stay on.

Summary: A convenient, well equipped and clean place.
