Positive: Perfect location, friendly staff, overall a nice place to stay when visiting Rotterdam.
Negative: There were issues with connecting to Chrome Cast on TV, hotel staff helped to sort this thing out twice on the same day. Yet the next day the issue persisted but I didn't bother to call them once again. This is definitely to be looked at by the hotel. Breakfast was nice, just I would have liked more options rather than the European standard.
