Our home is located in the highly sought after location of Niguel Beach Terrace on the ocean side of PCH and across the street from multi-million dollar homes, is less than a 5 minute walk down the stairs to Strand Beach, is near a multitude of casual and fine restaurants, and Dana Point Harbor. Doheny State Beach is 1 mile away! Less than 1 mile from The Ritz Carlton and The Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach! The heated community pool and hot tub are right around the corner from your front door!
Light and bright paint and beachy furnishings throughout create a warm, cozy, and inviting environment for you and your family to escape from the busyness of life. Our home is a place you will be able to relax and enjoy the beach-style surroundings in gorgeous Dana Point!
This newly updated comforatble and bright 1000 sq. ft. condo offers a functional living/dining room combination that opens to a cozy patio. The kitchen has newer appliances, a 4 burner electric range/oven, and a window that looks out on to a second balcony off of the second bedroom. The master bedroom is bright and spacious, has a vaulted ceiling and offers a king-size bed with a pillow-top firm mattress and luxurious linens. The second bedroom is well appointed and offers twin sized beds. Both bedrooms offer flat screen TVs. All of the windows, closets, and sliding glass doors are fitted with custom made plantation shutters to help create a relaxed beach atmosphere.
The condo is approximately 25 miles from John Wayne Airport (SNA), 33 miles to Disneyland, 40 miles to Knott's Berry Farm, 36 miles to LEGOLAND, and 65 miles to San Diego. Also, a drive north and south on Pacific Coast Highway will take you past some of the best beaches and beach cities Southern California has to offer!
Take a scenic drive north to Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Balboa Island, Corona del Mar, and Huntington Beach. A short drive south will take you to Capistrano Beach, San Clement and Oceanside. You can surf at San Onofre State Beach and if you're up for the challenge, Trestles Beach attracts surfers from all over the world who search for that perfect wave.
