This high end 7 bedroom, 4.5 bath is directly across from Scarborough State beach, with spectacular ocean views, and the most beautiful sunrises! There are two Master bedroom en-suites with King size beds....one on the 1st level and the other on the 3rd level that also has a balcony deck with double French doors. There is central air, 2 sets of stackable, large capacity front loaders, 4 full baths and 1 half bath. The kitchen, dining, living and breakfast nook are all open to each other on the 2nd floor, with a deck for grilling and chilling enjoying your view of the ocean. All bedrooms are located on the ocean side, so every room has a view! Every bedroom has a flat screen TV on the wall. For the bedrooms, there are 4 king size beds, 3 queen size beds and 2 queen pull-out sofas that are located in 2 of the bedrooms. We include all beach items, i.e. beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, coolers and beach toys. There is an enclosed outdoor shower located near the main entrance of the house. The surrounding area is great for walking, biking, hiking, swimming, boogie boarding, surfing, rollerblading and more! There are popular restaurants close by within a mile, or you can go a little further to Galilee to pick up fresh fish, lobster, clams, etc. This is also the area to get on the Block Island ferry for excursions. Deep sea fishing and whale watching departs from Galilee as well. There are several popular restaurants in this area, as well as in town, the center of Narragansett at the pier, where you will find many shops, restaurants, cafe's, and historical sights.
