This beautifully remodeled, 6th floor, Oceanwalk Condo, has views of the serene blue Atlantic Ocean from all east facing windows. The owners have taken great care in remodeling with new flooring, paint and all new furniture. Very tastefully done with a comfortable coastal decor. You will certainly feel like you are on vacation in this beautiful, clean, fresh, newly remodeled home.
This Ocean Walk condo is also one of the few units that have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Both master bedrooms have their own TV's with free wireless internet and cable TV.
The bedrooms are configured as follows;
Master suite #1; All new bedroom furniture with a King bed, large walk-in closet, large bathroom with jetted tub and separate walk-in shower, two vanity sink areas, and a sliding glass door leading to the main balcony with ocean view.
Master suite #2; All new bedroom furniture with a King bed, sliding door closet, roomy bathroom with large walk in shower, 2-sink vanity area, and a sliding glass door leading to the main balcony with ocean view.
Bedroom #3; This bedroom has 2 queen sized beds, a large sliding-door closet, and dresser drawers, plenty of room for all your gear. The full bathroom for this bedroom is located just outside the door and has a tub/shower setup.
This unit has an open floor plan with an inviting feel. The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room, making a spacious area for everyone in your group to socialize and be together. Those preparing food in the kitchen can intermingle with others playing cards on the dining table, and even with guests in the main living room because there are no separating walls to block them out. The other effect this has is to allow natural light to flood the entire unit.
The kitchen features all stainless appliances with a french door refrigerator, electric stove top and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. This kitchen also has plenty of room to store your food, and has all the amenities you will need to prepare meals and enjoy them with your guests. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-slice toaster, Mr. Coffee automatic drip coffee maker, and a Hamilton Beach blender.
The dining room has a beautiful new dining set, with table and chairs that comfortably seats 6 guests.
The living room is very inviting with plenty of comfortable seating, and a large, flat screen TV with Spectrum Cable channels provided.
This spacious condo has a full-sized laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer inside the unit. Ironing board and iron is also included. The laundry feature enables guests to pack lightly and re-wear clothing after it has been cleaned. Otherwise, the condo is equipped with plenty of linens, and towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
And finally, this condo has an incredible screened-in balcony with table and chairs, and a direct ocean view where you can begin your days with morning coffee, and wind down at the end of the day with a cold beer or a nice bottle of wine.
