Wow, what a gorgeous vacation rental! Are you looking for a clean, well-maintained vacation rental at an awesome resort? The search ends here! This direct ocean front 4 bedroom suite is spacious enough to accommodate a total of 16 guests! Our guests will enjoy all pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, and water features at the resort!
This 4 bedroom rental features 6 queen beds, 1 King bed, and a sleeper sofa, and the layout is as follows:
Guests will take 1 of the 4 elevators up to the 17th floor. At the end of the hall, you will find unit 1710 and 1711, which is an end unit. Guests will have access to both condos which open up to create the 4-bedroom rental. Upon entering unit 1710, guests will enter into a foyer. Most rentals require the guests to enter through the bedroom area, but this unit has a foyer where guests will enter.
Just down the hall on the right is the first bedroom. This bedroom is fully furnished with 2 queen beds and will accommodate 2 guests in each bed comfortably. This room also features a dresser and closet for storage as well as a TV with basic cable.
The second bedroom is located directly across the hall from the first bedroom. This bedroom also features 2 queen beds, dresser, closet, and TV with cable. This guest bedroom does have access to the guest bathroom.
Centrally located in the apartment, our guests will find the kitchen, washer and dryer, and guest bathroom. The washer and dryer is a stackable laundry center that has been such a great feature for our guests. The guest bathroom features a full size shower/tub, vanity, tile floor, and is fully stocked with towels and washcloths.
The kitchen is very open and spacious, and cooking meals with an oceanfront view isn't too bad! The kitchen features all full-size appliances including: stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. All appliances are brand new as of Fall 2019. The kitchen also offers plentiful cabinet space for storage, granite countertops, and fully stocked cabinets. In addition, our guests will enjoy small appliances such as a toaster and coffee maker. There are hundreds of award-winning restaurants within a short walk / ride from the resort, and many of them offer delivery and take-out options. Food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash are very popular services in the Myrtle Beach area!
The living room is located on the oceanfront side of the apartment and offers endless, panoramic, oceanfront views of the Atlantic Ocean. The living room is furnished with a flat screen TV, accent chairs, and 1 queen-sized sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa will accommodate 1-2 guests comfortably. Between the living room and kitchen, guests will have access to a full-size kitchen table and chairs that will accommodate 6 guests. Bar stools are also provided for additional seating. Our guests can also access the oceanfront balcony from the living room.
Just off from the living room is the master bedroom. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, access to the master bathroom, and access to the oceanfront balcony. Our guests will also have access to the dresser and closet for storage. So many of our guests have commented on how AMAZING it is to wake up to an oceanfront view every morning!
This apartment features new decor, paint, and furniture as of Fall 2019. The decor and accent pieces really give this unit a beachy atmosphere, and our guests truly appreciate the updates and attention to detail.
Upon entering into the 1711 side of the condo, guests will have access to a separate living space. The studio features 2 queen beds and offers a great side view of the ocean. Inside the room, guests will enjoy a private balcony, dining table, dresser for storage, cable TV, mini fridge, and private bathroom. This rental will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests in each bed, and the views from this 17th floor condo are absolutely breaktaking! The bathroom is full size and features a vanity, mirror, tub and shower, and toilet.
The Paradise Resort features indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river hot tubs, beach access, fitness center, and so many amenities! Paradise Resort is a one-stop-shop vacation destination, and our guests truly love the resort and proximity to local attractions. The resort is only a mile from the MYR International Airport and Market Common shopping and entertainment complex. Within a short drive or Uber, guests will enjoy miniature golf, helicopter rides, fishing, restaurants, theaters & shows, shopping, Broadway at the Beach, The Skywheel, Coastal Grand Mall, the infamous Myrtle Beach boardwalk, and so much more!
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests can expect to arrive to 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom, as well as all linens and bedding.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
