Summary: The property was ok overall, about average in my experience. It appeared clean, amenities were as advertised, kitchen well equipped although a bit disorganized. The pool water was clean and comfortable. Hot tub was fine Complaints: check-in/check-out times not in line with most properties. check-in 6 pm is NOT family friendly (it was available at 4:00, but we waited at the beach with infants). The property manager was not helpful, I asked about parking cars in the drive until we were allowed in and was basically scolded for arriving early. Not good customer relations. Several electrical outlet receptacles were not screwed in all the way, others had loose wall plates, and some did not hold the plug in! A couple light switches were installed upside down - a minor point, but this looked like the work of an amateur electrician. This was a $10K rental, not some dive, why would the electrical be shoddy? We are going to Sandbridge next year instead of Obx. Regardless, I will not rent from this Property Management company when we return
