Step back in time with this beautifully renovated 1912 craftsman, featuring new LVP floors, stainless steel appliances, and custom doors, all while enjoying the modern luxuries we've come to love and expect. The home has three bedrooms and one bathroom with a Jack and Jill layout, meaning the bathroom is only accessible by walking through one of the adjacent bedrooms. This cozy floorplan with a vibrant front yard is great for families!

This is a historic neighborhood, established in the early 20th century. More information is available in the nearby Sparks Museum, but the majority of the houses were for the railroad workers.
