Positive: The owners were great. Very friendly, did an amazing job for just the two of them. Breakfast was very good, especially the waffles.

Negative: There were many things that attracted me to this place in the description, horseback riding, mini golf, water sports to name a few. None of those were offered at this hotel. All that it said was additional fee. Horseback riding and mini golf were not on site and we were basically told where we had to go to do those activities. The watersports were some inflatable games for kids. To me, that was a little bit of false advertising. The game room was in the basement which smelled of mildew. The hallways as well smelled of mildew.

Summary: Good place would be better if they changed the advertising.
