Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the Fleur de Lis cottage in Seaside for our 40th anniversary in April 2025. The architecture/design of the home is delightful, and we loved the unique staircase, with two ways of entering, a common middle section, and two ways of exiting. Everything about the home was exceptional, from the kitchen, to the dining and living rooms, to the bedrooms and bathrooms, to the upstairs sitting room. The front porch is a perfect place to sit with morning coffee, and the screened porch on the second floor was perfect for afternoon naps. The location of the home could not be more ideal, on a quiet street, but only a short walk to the central square, and only a short walk to the beach - using the neighborhood path on the west side of the house to access the private entrance at the E Ruskin Pavilion. And the added benefit of that neighborhood path is that it drops you right at the Black Bear Bread Co, with the best coffee (by far) in Seaside, plus amazing pastries (again, the best in town). Get there early to avoid the lines and before the pastries sell out!
