This space is open to the huge 24’ x 27’ living room- perfect for craft groups and family gatherings. The living room offers a beautiful gas fireplace, 46' flat screen TV, couch, love seat and chaise lounge. From cooking with your favorite family chefs, circling around the table as a family or telling your favorite stories in front of the fireplace you are sure to enjoy the opportunity to be together. Spice it up and spend the evening or rainy day in the lower level, custom designed rec room. Play a game of pool, shoot a game of darts or watch your favorite home team on the big screen. There is something for everyone here at Austin Dune Beach Club.

The first floor includes a beautifully furnished screened in porch off the living room, a sunroom off the kitchen area and massive wrap around porch with private patio in the back.
