Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The gentleman on concierge that stood outside, sorry I didn’t catch his name, he was brilliant and ensured I always had a water when I returned from my run in the mornings! He was quite tall. The breakfast staff were attentive. The room was nice and the housekeeping always did a good job. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

Negative: The only thing that let the property down was the service in the bar upstairs. Both times I went up to the roof top bar and I was standing waiting. Both times a lady in a brown dress saw me arrive and stood in front of me on an iPad but didn’t acknowledge me. I waited for a few minutes for her to finish then said excuse me and she then finally looked up. The gentlemen serving drinks were nice.
