Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Great views, well located between ferry, shops, beach etc, enough basic amenities for a few days. The host was very responsive and helpful, easy check-in. We had a good enough stay and wouldn't mind coming back (mostly for the views)
Negative: Although the listing is marketed as premium, there were elements that didn't make it so - kitchen equipment was quite basic and cluttered, lots of leftover food in fridge/freezer that made the place feel more "lived-in" (vs premium) and pillows were very flat and not comfy for us. There was also an internet issue with the TV whilst we were there so no streaming services for us. Whilst none of these were dealbreakers, they just didn't meet the premium expectations. We were still happy with our stay and would return at the right price point.
Summary: Great views, lovely location, not as premium as expected.
