Relax and refresh at this new peaceful condo with room for the whole family. There is a private balcony with new patio furniture and a private entrance on the second floor ( No Elevators, yay). Only a 4 minute walk to the beach and wagon is provided.
Enjoy at the resort 4 swimming pools (including one heated pool), hot tub, mini golf, tennis courts, basketball court, pickle ball, pool table, exercise equipment, & shuffleboard.
The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee pot, pots and pans, and other kitchen appliances to meet all your needs. Kitchen includes a full sized fridge with ice maker, a dishwasher and microwave.
There is a washer and dryer in the condo.
Only 2.5 miles to Pier Park which features shopping, dining, fishing, and entertainment! Short walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. No need to ever get in the car.
The resort requires that each guest get a 20$ armband and a 25$ parking pass, for security reasons, and good for the duration of the stay. They are picked up at the resort office by the pools. (Cards only, no cash)
The resort also does not allow guests to bring dogs on the property for safety reasons.

Summary: Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. The unit was extremely clean, fully stocked and very welcoming. The resort had some much to do! Great location with just a quick walk to the beach and close to Pier Park. I love that this property is pet friendly for my fur baby. Kim Marie, our host was quick to respond to questions, very thoughtful on the extra touches and easy to book with. We will definitely be staying here again.
