New paint, interior shutters, furniture, granite counter tops and a custom back splash in the chef's kitchen are just part of the amenities added. The spacious lanai, which can be accessed by both the great room and the master suite, overlooks the lush 7th fairway of Pelican Nest. What better place to sit and watch the evening unfold!
