Positive: We booked very last minute for a getaway between Christmas Day and New Year's Day. I had used Bookings.com before, but I had not used Vascasa. I was very pleased with both companies. The process went smoothly. The price was very good because the rate for the condo had been reduced to entice the last-minute renter. The condo was clean, modern, and in good shape. We felt safe while we were there. The location was a short drive to the downtown area, beaches, and restaurants were convenient. We wanted to extend our stay by a day, and they were very accommodating.
Negative: There really wasn't anything we didn't like. Two things I would suggest to the owner of the condo are: *to add a solar landscaping light near the front step. When it's dark, the first small step is easy to trip over. (We tripped over it a couple of times in the dark). *Light sleepers may wake up from squeaking from the metal framed twin beds. All the beds were comfortable, but the twin frames squeak. Otherwise, the accommodations were very nice.
Summary: Convenient location, and they were accommodating.
