Positive: It was a residential and very quiet neighborhood.

Negative: Value is not great. Way too expensive for the services provided and the condition of the room. I booked an apartment room, but it wasn't an apartment at all. Just a double room, with access to a shared kitchen and bathroom with another room. Storage is very minimal in the room. Overall, the place needs better care. Hangers were broken in the room, the cleanliness of the drawers or kitchen stuff wasn't great, the kitchen tap wobbles a lot, etc. Not worth the price. Also because there is no reception, you have to add 3 codes every time you want to go into your room from outside and even when you go into the room from the kitchen/bathroom, which is quite annoying if you're hands are full.
