Golf on executive courses is included with your stay โ all you pay is a nominal fee for bringing the golf cart, which is also included! Entertainment 365 days a year!
Beautifully and newly furnished 3b and 2b home offers convenience, style, spacious accommodations and relaxing atmosphere. The large master suite has a king bed, a new 55-inch smart TV, a large walking closet and is connected to a spacious bathroom with a tiled shower and a shower seat, and a toilet with a bidet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, a new 32-inch smart TV and a separate patio with a seating area under a retractable awning for your morning coffee or evening conversation to enjoy. The 3d bedroom has a bunk bed with a full-size bed at the lower level and a twin bed at the top, a business desk and a new 32-inch smart TV. The spacious kitchen with white cabinetry and brand-new stainless-steel appliances has everything you need to accommodate your cooking needs. It opens into the living room allowing you to entertain your guests while preparing a meal. The breakfast bar provides additional seating. Beautifully furnished living room has a new 70-inch smart tv and enough seating for you and your guests to enjoy a movie night or a nice evening with friends! Off the dining area is another open patio with a retractable awning and seating area for the shade and convenience. An original Villages Guest ID Card is required for all guests one (1) year of age and older. For $50 fee for 2 payable to "The Villages" at Lake Sumter Sales Office you can enjoy unlimited executive golf with a lot of perks, recreational centers, pools and other amenities The Villages has to offer! Please let me know if you are interested in getting guest passes so I can submit the required form 3 days before your arrival (need your name, address, and DOB). Paying $50 fee is guestโs responsibility.

Cleaning:
Routine cleaning is the guest's responsibility, maid service is not included. Initial supply of paper and cleaning products is provided. Maid service is not available.
