Pete's Place is a small, rustic cottage on Seneca Lake located in a little cove just off of Plum Point. This cottage is located almost on the end of a dead end street and the neighborhood is very quiet. The cottage has a wonderful beachfront area with a yard that walks out onto the beach and lake. There is a firepit and picnic table on the beachfront for you to enjoy or you can fish and swim from the shore. The beach area gently slopes into the lake from the yard, making it a perfect spot for kids to wade or swim.
This cottage was built in the 1950's by a local farmer. His grandson remembers helping to mill the lumber from their farm and they used the wood from one of their farm silos to build the flooring in the house. You'll find this cottage to be rich in history. And we love that the cottage is so deeply rooted and connected to this area in the Finger Lakes.
Inside Pete's Place, you'll find a fully furnished kitchen stocked with dinnerware and cookware. The bathroom was completely remodeled in 2018 and has a walk in shower. The Main Living Area includes the Living Room, Kitchen and Dining all in one. Off of the main living space are the 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a Double bed and Bedroom 3 has a single bed and a small sink area.
From the main living space, you'll also walk out through double french doors on to the screened in front porch. The screened porch is spacious with a large picnic table and a couch and looks out over Seneca Lake...a perfect spot to dine or relax if you need to get away from the bugs or the rain.
Pete's Place has a nice front yard, a great spot for some outdoor games or to let the kids play. You'll walk out across the yard and the small street to get to the lakefront and beach area.
We do allow for one pet dog at this home, one well mannered, house trained dog under 50#. We are not able to allow for other pets such as cats, birds, etc.

**One dog is allowed, under 50# and well behaved. Pets must stay off the furniture, beds and blankets at all times.
