You will find no better place to enjoy your beach trip than this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located in a beautiful complex seated right on the beach. Up to 6 guests can relax, watch the waves crash on to the shower and enjoy mesmerizing sunsets over the Gulf from the private, furnished balcony. When you arrive, you will be immediately greeted by stunning coastal views, rays of sunlight and updated furnishings that are both stylish and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking your favorite meals and the dining area provides a 4-chair table set as well as 2 barstools at the counter height bar so that everyone can share their favorite moments of the day over dinner! The master bedroom features a king bed, and the living room features a queen pull out-sofa and a twin over twin bunk bed, meaning there are plenty of places to prop your feet up and rest after a long day of adventure. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo offering the perfect spaces to get ready for each day or for rinsing off sand that follows you home from long walks on the beach.

An outdoor pool offers additional swimming opportunities in the sun, or you can check out the indoor pool. Outside, fun for everyone is available with a basketball court, lighted tennis court and racquet ball courts as well as a Pirate Themed Splash Pad and Water Park! Enjoy grilling in the barbecue area and socializing under the gazebos or head indoors to find a beach-view fitness room, double hot tubs, and a sauna!

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 1 vehicle per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Parking passes are sold on property at the front desk and must be purchased upon arrival. The cost is approximately $55 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay up to 30 days. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
