Positive: This condo is nice and located right on the beach. The area is quiet and peaceful. The condo has a storage unit with lots of beach equipment (kayaks, umbrella, beach chairs, toys, bikes, etc.) The door code was super straight forward. The code for the storage unit with the beach supplies, is a code to a lock box located next to the door. It took me a while to realize the code was for a lock box instead of directly linked to the door.
