Positive: Hotel Playa Grande is a beautiful property—huge, with several pools and great facilities, all overlooking the ocean at the far end. The hotel is conveniently located near the Marina and El Médano Beach, where you can easily catch boats to the Arch. We were welcomed with delicious margaritas, which was a lovely touch. Our room, a Deluxe Junior Suite with two patios, was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped as well. A special mention goes to the amazing fragrance in the reception hall—we loved it so much that we ended up buying it from the hotel spa. All the staff members were warm, friendly, and very helpful.

Negative: The room above us had some renovations going on, so we were woken up by that noise.

Summary: Wonderful stay at Playa Grande. Great hotel and location. Friendly staff. The pools were great too!
