Positive: Set near to Oulton Broad, 'Pleasant Place'is cosy, quirky and well equipped to a very high specification. We were welcomed by our host Anita, on arrival, who showed us around and also had left fresh milk, tea/coffee/sugar & croissants which was a nice touch. Property has lots of hidden/clever storage to make maximum use of the space. There is a comfy seating area with smart tv, underfloor heating, a really comfy king size bed. There is a kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave. Inside one of the storage cupboards is the kettle, toaster, airfryer, slow cooker, plug in hob & utensils. We were visiting family in tbe area and was a great location for us. Located 10 mins from the beach, 'Wherry & Commodore pubs near'. Pleasant Place is next to owners property with electric gates, so secure. Area is quiet apart from birds & the sound of passing trains in tbe distance. A lovely short stay & would stay again.

Negative: Anita had called us as we were travelling, as there was a small issue with the shower, that she hadn't been aware of until late. She had tried to sort but couldn't as near to the weekend. It didn't really cause us a problem but Anita had offered us use of a shower in her house. There isn't blinds on all sky lights, so make effect sleep if light sensitive. For us nothing negative.
