2 Bedroom Condo in Vanderbilt Beach, Naples

The Good:
One block from Vanderbilt Beach, Ritz Carlton, Turtle Club, and Buzzes Lighthouse and A short distance from Mercado for great Shopping and Nightlife. Completely remodeled and re-furnished 3rd floor condo. Intercoastal water views from the Lanai. Two bedrooms, two baths, living, dining and kitchen. Washer/dryer in the unit and a designated covered parking spot.
The Bad:
Due to Hurricane Ian damage, the pool is currently not functional.There is also a resort being built next door. Currently the Marina, which is your view from the Lanai, is being rebuilt, which can also be noisy.
Bottom line:
It's an outstanding location, Vanderbilt beach is now open and Mercado is a little over a mile away but there's no pool and some construction is going on both adjacent and behind you.

Summary: We booked the condo for two weeks to escape the New England cold. Location of the condo was perfect, close to beach, shopping and restaurants. There is major construction on the front side of the condo but we were not disturbed by it while inside the condo. Walked to the Ritz several times for dining. We enjoyed our stay.
