The back yard is completely fenced in, a rarity in Palmetto Dunes, increasing the level of privacy and security for your family. You’ll have plenty of space for everyone to get together or find their personal quiet spot. The free high-speed internet network covers the entire property, so you will have a secure and fast connection inside and out.
Inside is a gorgeous coastal-designed and well-equipped kitchen that steals the show. Quality comfortable furniture inside and out lets you enjoy your vacation in comfort. Take a break from all your fun in the sun with the Sony 75" 4K UltraHD TV in the spacious main living area, surrounded by five comfy recliners. At the end of the day, you’ll be ready for a night of restful sleep in one of the two king master suites, one on each end of the house, with separate HVAC thermostat control for each end. All four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, plus an additional half bath near the den with the sleeper sofa. In the morning you’ll be ready for another fabulous day on Hilton Head Island!
We think our home is terrific for multi-generation family vacations, everything inside is on one level, a handful of steps down to pool deck or driveway. We provide access to garage for storing your bikes fishing rods, and golf clubs (not cars), and the use of a second refrigerator. Eight Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 12 quality beach towels, Shibumi beach shade, beach wagon, wheeled cooler, and beach umbrella are available for you to use without extra charge so you can pack less.
