Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third time renting a home in Miramar Beach. The home was a perfect size for our family of five. The kids absolutely loved being able to take a morning dip or a nighttime swim in the pool. I wish it was a little closer to the beach or had private access to the beach. But we were always able to find a parking spot by crab trap and loaded up the golf cart. The community pool was very nice and not crowded at all. I do wish there was a bigger coffee pot since I am not a fan of KEURIG coffee. Renting a home that comes with a golf cart is a nice touch because we literally take the golf cart everywhere. I did see another review that the front bedroom of the home is hot, and we did notice that. The management company was very easy to deal with and very attentive and responsive to all questions.
