Come and experience the city of Amsterdam from the north and sunny side of the river IJ, so close to the centre. This is where a former industrial area is transforming into a vibrant residential and creative hub. Ground floor private studio with vintage design vibe in stunning architectural and sustainable new building. With free parking and outside patio in trendy Amsterdam-North and the hip 'n happening NDSM-area. Only 15 minutes from the city centre. Walking distance from lots of diners and coffee/breakfast bars.
Our sustainable house that has finished building this year is part of an interesting development area. With solar cells on the roof and floor heating and hot water from the earth.
The studio is 36 square meters.
It has a high ceiling (4m20) and sitting window in the front. The sleeping area has normal ceiling hight (2m60). The studio has oak parquet floors with floor heating and cooling. There is a 'Fresh-R' unit that provides for clean air in de studio and bathroom.

As our guest you have access to the private hallway that leads to the studio and your private bathroom. There are foldable chairs to sit outside in the sunny front or in the back. There's a park and canal in front of the house where it's nice to swim in summertime. The studio also has a private entrance in the backyard.

- We have two city bikes for rent (€12,50 p day each). You can go on the subway and free ferry with bikes.
- If you have specific wishes let us know. We want to make your stay as pleasant as we can.
- We live in a residential area. We care about the peace and quiet of our neighbours.
- The studio is on the ground floor. It is very suitable for people with walking disabilities.
