As you enter you will encounter authentic colonial styled ceilings, a private bathroom with your individual shower covered in handmade Hidalgo talavera tile, and of course hot water. It is fully furnished with beautiful new artisan hand carved furniture direct from Guadalajara and a newly installed strong fibre-optic Wi-Fi sustem with 20 MB's Internet Signal. It is ideal for couples or single's who wish to enjoy peace,quiet and solitude whether they stay long or short term . It comes with task desk and executive chair, especially convenient for teachers, writers and students. Enjoy living in the country while being only minutes away from the heart of downtown Guanajuato.

Our neighborhood is unique, It is a highly secure area with security patrols regularly monitoring the area several times daily. It is located in the exclusive area of the city where professors, doctors and professionals live. We are within a 20 min. walk or a 5 minute ride to the center of town yet far enough away that you hear no irritating loud noises orstreet traffic....... Our location is right at the foot of the Majestic Mount Bufa, a natural nature preserve, so you get the serenity and tranquility of a country setting, along with the peace and quiet so important for our vacationers to rest, relax and recuperate..
Getting around
Guanajuato is known as a walking town, with so many things to see and do along the way....Most of our guest prefer walking once they've arrived...It takes about 5-20 minutes to walk to markets, restaurants, street vendors, and night clubs, depending on where you are going. We have an excellent bus transit system that runs every 10 minutes to all parts of the city. So for 5 pesos which is about $.40 USD you can virtually go anywhere in the city. And the taxi's are every where and charge around 35-40 pesos, which is around $3.20 USD. It's very easy to get around to see all attractions you want to see....
