Negative: Subject Line: Object-ID: 5475 | Booking no. 4746855868 | 25.05.2025 - 27.05.2025 | 416 – Merih Fidan To Whom It May Concern: I am an several year customer of Booking.com. I am writing to dispute and request a refund for the booking charge for a reservation I made in Germany for Sunday May 25 and Monday May 26, as shown in the Subject line above. The accommodations I booked were indicated 1) as “Rooms in private House”. The listing further indicates 2) CONZEPTplus OHG provides inhabited objects which will be left for your own use during your booking period, and clearly stated 3) that they keys would be turned over to me upon arrival. These three statements clearly imply that the owners would be turning over the residence. However, upon arrival, we learned that the owners had no intention of turning over the residence and were in fact staying on the premises. The booking gave NO SUCH INDICATION that the owners of the house would be present during our stay. We were therefore forced to make alternate accommodations, which I also used Booking.com to do as you can reference in my account. I respectfully request a full refund for the arrangements of this misrepresented Booking no. 4746855868. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
