Summary: The pool on the residence side is not cleaned and it’s chipping all over. The pool deck area was also not clean. The room did not have wash rags nor blow dryer. No tv in the living room areas just a plain wall. The ad said “water” view but fails to say it’s only visible from a tiny corner of the balcony. The area is not safe and it’s actually listed on the US Embassy heat map for being high crime. All the homes have bob wire around their entrances and windows in addition to the barricades. You feel like you can’t leave the hotel. Highlight is the restaurant and bar.
